Cold Rolled Steel
Cold rolling: using hot-rolled steel coil as raw material, after pickling to remove the oxide skin, cold continuous rolling, the finished product is rolled hard coil, due to the cold hardening caused by continuous cold deformation, the strength and hardness of the rolled hard coil increase, the toughness and plastic index decline, so the stamping performance will deteriorate, can only be used for simple deformation parts. Rolled hard coil can be used as raw material in hot dip galvanizing plant, because hot dip galvanizing units are equipped with annealing lines. The rolled hard coil weight is generally 6~13.5 tons, and the steel coil is continuously rolled for hot rolled pickling coil at room temperature. The inner diameter is 610mm.
For example, SPCC cold rolled coil is the name of a cold coil.
(1) annealing and processing into ordinary cold rolling;
(2) Galvanized unit with pre-annealing treatment device processing galvanized;
(3) Basically do not need to process the panel. Commonly used steel number CDCM-SPCC (SPCD, SPCE, ST12, ST13, ST14, BLC, BLD, BUSD, BUFD, BSUFD, etc.), but its performance is basically the same.
3, ordinary cold rolling;
4, galvanized;
5, aluminum plating zinc: is the use of continuous melting coating process to 55% of aluminum and 43.4% of zinc and 1.6% of silicon plated to the surface of the steel plate. Product features: (1) good durability, longer life than galvanized steel plate;
(2) has good heat resistance, compared with galvanized steel plate at high temperature is not easy to discolor;
(3) Good thermal reflectivity;
(4) with a silver-white ornate surface;
(5) It has similar processing properties and spraying properties to galvanized steel plate;
(6) Good welding performance.
Application: high demand in the industry of galvanized sheet.
6, electroplating tin (tinplate) : The use of Frostein type insoluble anodic plating tin process.
7, color coating;
8, electrical steel (silicon steel sheet).
